Mountain Pump

A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, a total workout.  

Mountain Mix Up

Intensity levels change to include Cardio, Mind/Body Balance, Agility and Strength.  New or seasoned participants can adjust to suit individual needs. 

Mountain Dance Party

Fun and easy to learn steps with a fun beat.  Bring a towel and lets move.

Drop In & Punch Cards Available

Drop in Fee $10.00 per class

Punch Cards are available 10 classes @ $70.00.
